2. Who we are
EBDLAB SOUND DESIGN provides digital sound-design products for music producers, including u-he Diva preset packs and MIDI libraries.

3. Digital products
Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation via Whop. You are responsible for providing a valid email and checking spam folders.
4. License
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the presets and MIDI in your own creative and commercial music projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or include the original files in another pack, marketplace listing, or subscription library.
5. Requirements
Diva presets require u-he Diva VST/AU v1.4.5 or higher. Third-party software is not included.
6. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Whop. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once download access is granted. Contact support if you have a technical delivery issue.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBDLAB SOUND DESIGN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
